DSW to Open 19,000-SF Retail Store at Northgate Mall

CINCINNATI-Northgate Mall has landed its first major tenant under its new owner.

CINCINNATI-Northgate Mall has landed its first major tenant under its new owner. Columbus-based DSW Inc. has leased 19,000 square feet in the old Dillard's building at the mall in Colerain Township.

The Tabani Group acquired Northgate Mall in March. The Designer Shoe Warehouse is scheduled to open the store at the Colerain Township mall in early 2013. The new retail store will be DSW's sixth location in the region. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
