BERLIN-Valad has signed five lease deals totaling 64,411 square feet in Reinickendorf, Berlin. SVT Brandsanierung GmbH has leased 7,545 square feet; Stanztec Weinkopff GmbH has leased 6,458 square feet; and a logistics company has leased 753 square feet of office space and a 7,427-square-foot warehouse unit at Miraustrasse 27-29.

Clipper Logistics GmbH has leased a 30,461-square-foot warehouse and a 4,467-square-foot land at Montanstrasse 18-26 and W&S Handelsgesellschaft mbH leased 4,606 square feet at Holzhauser Strasse 153. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
