Construction to Start Soon on Hughes Landing at Lake Woodlands

HOUSTON-The Woodlands Development Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corp., will soon start construction of Hughes Landing at Lake Woodlands, a mixed-use development in The Woodlands. The 66-acre development will include nearly eight office buildings, apartments and a boutique hotel as well as retail and entertainment venues.

Houston-based Gensler is the designer of the first office structure, One Hughes Landing. Construction is expected to start this fall and will be completed in Q4 2013. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
