DALLAS-The House of Blues Dallas, a 61,876-square-foot building at 2200 N. Lamar St. in Victory Park, has reached sales block with an asking price of nearly $18 million. The House of Blues Dallas Restaurant Corp. has leased the building located at 2200 N. Lamar St.

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services listed the property for $17.9 million on behalf of a European fund, the owner. David Weinberg and Paul Kerber from the Detroit office of Marcus & Millichap are representing the European fund. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
