
CHICAGO-Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Corp. has partnered with a New York investment firm and two local developers to build a $33.6-million retail center on the Southwest Side of Chicago. A venture that includes the REIT is planning to develop a 143,000-square-foot shopping center at Pulaski Road and 42nd Street in the Archer Heights neighborhood.
