Inland Venture Proposes $34M Retail Center on Southwest Side

CHICAGO-Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Corp. has partnered with a New York investment firm and two local developers to build a $33.6-million retail center on the Southwest Side of Chicago.

CHICAGO-Oak Brook-based Inland Real Estate Corp. has partnered with a New York investment firm and two local developers to build a $33.6-million retail center on the Southwest Side of Chicago. A venture that includes the REIT is planning to develop a 143,000-square-foot shopping center at Pulaski Road and 42nd Street in the Archer Heights neighborhood.

The Pulaski Promenade will comprise a 135,817-square-foot building, 8,000 square feet of small retail space and 566 parking spaces. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
