ATLANTA-Jamestown has put its Midtown office tower on the market for sale. The Atlanta-based firm, which purchased 999 Peachtree for $127 million in 2007, has listed the building on the market.
Since 2007, Jamestown repositioned the 28-story tower and brought its occupancy rate to 94%. Atlanta-based Sutherland anchors the building. Other tenants include Oxford Industries and Hugh Acheson's Empire State South restaurant. Jamestown is seeking north of $160 million for the building, which is being marketed by Eastdil Secured.
