Sterling TownCenter Apartments to Open in September

RALEIGH, NC-Grubb Properties, a real estate development and management company in North Carolina, will open a new multifamily property in Raleigh.

RALEIGH, NC-Grubb Properties, a real estate development and management company in North Carolina, will open a new multifamily property in Raleigh. The $35-million project, called the Sterling TownCenter Apartments, is situated on the other side of Triangle Town Boulevard.

The new complex will have 339 apartments. The project was started in December of 2011 and it will open at the end of September. Grubb Properties has two other complexes in the Triangle. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
