MINNEAPOLIS-Inland American Real Estate Trust Inc., a real estate investment firm based in Oak Brook, Illinois, has put IDS Center, a 57-story tower in downtown Minneapolis, on the market without an asking price. The 1.4 million-square-foot office tower, located at 80 S. Eighth St., is nearly 92% leased.

Inland bought the skyscraper from the John Buck Co. for $277 million in 2006. Jamie Fink of HFF Inc. was chosen to list the building for sale. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal .
