Macy's Extends Lease, Plans Renovations at Bayfair Center

SAN LEANDRO, CA-Macy's has extended its lease deal at Bayfair Center, a shopping center in San Leandro.

SAN LEANDRO, CA-Macy's has extended its lease deal at Bayfair Center, a shopping center in San Leandro. Madison Marquette Property Investments is the principal owner of the mall and it has been trying to refurbish the center since purchasing it almost a decade ago by getting new anchors such as Kohl's, Macy's and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Macy's, besides renewing its lease, also has plans to improve its department store measuring 212,918 square feet at the mall. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times .
