Magellan's Coast at Lakeshore East on Schedule

CHICAGO-The eighth residential tower of Lakeshore East, a 28-acre master-planned mixed-use development in Chicago, is on track for a February 2013 opening.

CHICAGO-The eighth residential tower of Lakeshore East, a 28-acre master-planned mixed-use development in Chicago, is on track for a February 2013 opening. The new tower, Coast, is being built at 345 E. Wacker Drive.

Magellan Development Group is the developer of the $4-billion Lakeshore East. As of July, 41 of the 46 floors at the new residential tower have been poured. Coast, designed for silver LEED certification, will comprise 512 apartments. For the full story, go to Chicago Tribune .
