INDEPENDENCE, KY-Cengage Learning has signed a lease renewal deal for over 830,000 square feet of industrial space in Independence.

INDEPENDENCE, KY-Cengage Learning has signed a lease renewal deal for over 830,000 square feet of industrial space in Independence. The company renewed its lease at 10650 Toebben Drive for 12 years.

The Toebben Drive building, owned by a private partnership based in Boston, also includes over 60,000 square feet of office space.
