BOSTON-Gerding Edlen, a real estate company based in Portland, Oregon, will break ground this week on a $150-million apartment complex in Boston's Seaport District. Proposed plans for the 21-story multifamily property at 319 A St. Rear were approved in 2010 by the Boston Redevelopment Authority.
The project was initially developed by Goldman Properties and Archon Group, but Gerding Edlen acquired the permitted proposal in 2011. The new complex, Boston Wharf Tower, will comprise 184 apartment units. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
