BOTHELL, WA-The City of Bothell has reached an approximately $7-million deal with Portland-based McMenamins to redevelop an Art Deco school campus situated in downtown Bothell into a hotel, spa, restaurant, pub and cinema. The Anderson School property comprises five structures totaling 65,597 square feet on a 5.4-acre land.

The property includes the main school building, a pool building, a gym with locker rooms, the cafeteria and some classroom and shop space. The 70-room project is slated to be finished by August 2014. For the full story, go to Puget Sound Business Journal .
