CHICAGO-The Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University has signed a lease for 61,750 square feet of space at 633 N. St. Clair St. in Streeterville in downtown Chicago.

CHICAGO-The Feinberg School of Medicine of Northwestern University has signed a lease for 61,750 square feet of space at 633 N. St. Clair St. in Streeterville in downtown Chicago. The medical school will take the space vacated by DraftFCB at the 27-story tower.

Kevin Duckler from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Chicago office represented the tenant and Steve Smith of Chicago-based Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the building owner in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
