
PITTSBURGH-The former Marbella, a condo building at Chapel Harbor in O'Hara Township, is getting a new life and a new name under a new owner. State College-based Shaner Capital LP bought the 53-unit building last year out of foreclosure for $4.5 million.
Now, Shaner is investing over $10 million more to complete and upgrade the development and rename it Chapel Pointe. D&D Construction has started the project. Howard Hanna Real Estate Services is marketing the condominiums. For the full story, go to Pittsburgh Business Times .
