PHOENIX-The U.S. Veterans Benefits Administration's regional office in Phoenix will expand its administrative unit into a second location in uptown Phoenix. The VBA, starting from January 1, will occupy about 25,400 square feet of office space at 3838 N. Central Avenue.

The U.S. General Services Administration signed the 10-year lease with Parallel Capital Partners Inc., the property manager, for the VBA. Brett Abramson, a Jones Lang LaSalle broker represented Parallel Capital in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
