MIAMI-American Fine Food Corp. has signed a lease for 145,855 square feet of space in the Prologis MIA Logistics Center at 6905 N.W. 25th St.

MIAMI-American Fine Food Corp. has signed a lease for 145,855 square feet of space in the Prologis MIA Logistics Center at 6905 N.W. 25th St. The new lease brings the center's occupancy rate to 100%.

The MIA Logistics Center is situated beside the cargo area of Miami International Airport. American Fine Food is moving from an older facility in the same submarket.
