SAN LEANDRO, CA-Madison Marquette, the primary owner of Bayfair Center in San Leandro, said that the shopping center has received $50 million in refinancing loan. The refinancing was realized through a five-year loan.
The retail center, which measures 813,000 square feet, is 97% leased. Recently, Bayfair secured a lease renewal deal for main retail anchor Macy's.
