NEW YORK CITY-CF Global Trading is relocating its office from 527 Madison Ave. to 99 Park Ave. The company has leased 4,500 square feet at the 26-story building, situated between 39th and 40th streets, for five years.
The lease deal was closed at the asking rent of $65 per square foot. Eastgate Realty owns the 600,000-square-foot building. Byrnam Wood brokers Gordon Ogden and Benjamin Mohr represented CF Global Trading, while Diana Biasotti, a Jones Lang LaSalle broker, represented Eastgate Realty in the lease deal.
