CHICAGO-Cornerstone National Bank & Trust Co., based in Palatine, is planning to sell three Chicago-area properties at an auction. The bank took back the properties from borrowers after they defaulted on their loans.
Cornerstone has hired New York-based Sheldon Good & Co. to conduct the auction. The properties include a 6-unit condo building in the Irving Park neighborhood and an adjoining 18,750-square-foot development site; an 11.6-acre retail site in west suburban Bartlett; and 14 home sites in northwest suburban Barrington.
