LONDON-The Crown Estate has leased an office space measuring 33,000 square feet at its AirW1 scheme at the Quadrant 3 development to 4C Group. The AirW1 scheme is located at the southern corner of Regent Street.
Recently, Generation Investment Management, Halfords Media and Telefonica Digital signed leases at AirW1. The Crown Estate's AirW1, which has more than 180,000 square feet of office space, is the main office element of the 270,000-square-foot Quadrant development.
