
HONOLULU-Pacrep LLC, a developer based in California, is planning to construct a 459-unit condominium hotel on the former spot of Hula's Bar & Lei Stand in Waikiki. The 34-story condo-hotel tower will be built on a 3.5-acre site at the corner of Kalaimoku Street and Kuhio Avenue.
Earlier this year, Pacrep bought the site for $15.5 million. The Honolulu Star-Advertiser reported developer's plans for the $375-million 2121 Kuhio Tower. The project will create 475 construction jobs. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
