Amazon All Set to Ink 582,000-SF Lease at Moffett Towers

SUNNYVALE, CA-Amazon.com Inc. is all set to lease space in two Class A office structures at Moffett Towers in Sunnyvale for its subsidiary, Lab126.

SUNNYVALE, CA-Amazon.com Inc. is all set to lease roughly 582,000 square feet of space in two Class A office structures at Moffett Towers in Sunnyvale for its subsidiary, Lab126. The first building spanning 357,481 square feet is under construction at 1100 Enterprise Way. The second one is an existing building measuring 224,492 square feet at 1120 Enterprise Way. Jay Paul Co. is the owner of Moffett Towers.
