NEW YORK CITY-Havas Worldwide Health has renewed and increased its lease space at 200 Madison Avenue to 160,000 square feet by adding another 51,000 square feet. As per the deal, the company will occupy the entire 6th, 7th, 9th, and a portion of the 20th floors of the building for 15 years. The building is owned by Loeb Partners Realty and George Comfort & Sons.
