CHICAGO-Ross Perot Jr., a real estate developer from Texas, is pursuing two industrial projects in close proximity to O'Hare International Airport. Dallas-based Hillwood Development Co., Perot's firm, is in negotiations with Bridge Development Partners LLC of Chicago to invest in two buildings Bridge is planning to develop near the airport.

Bridge and Wanxiang America Real Estate LLC bought the site at 2201 Lunt Ave. and 2727 E. Higgins Road for $6.7 million to build new facilities measuring nearly 124,000 and 150,000 square feet. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
