CHESTERFIELD, MO-Simon Property Group Inc., in partnership with Texas-based Woodmont Co. and EWB Development, is developing a new outlet mall, called St. Louis Premium Outlets, in Chesterfield. The company broke ground on its planned outlet mall on July 11.
The proposed open-air outlet mall will comprise 350,000 square feet and it will be located south of Highway 40/64. Simon Property Group said that the outlet mall is expected to be opened in fall 2013. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
