CHESTERFIELD, MO-Taubman Prestige Outlets Chesterfield has received final local, city, state and federal approvals to move ahead with its construction.

CHESTERFIELD, MO-Taubman Prestige Outlets Chesterfield has received final local, city, state and federal approvals to move ahead with its construction. The open-air shopping center is a partnership between Taubman Centers, a Michigan-based REIT, and OutletPartners LLC.

Taubman officials also made known a number of tenants, including Gap Outlet and Banana Republic Factory Store, for its 450,000-square-foot outlet mall in Chesterfield. The $150-million project will come up on a 49-acre site adjacent to the Boone's Crossing exit. Construction is expected to start in October. For the full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
