SAN JOSE, CA-Palo Alto-based Essex Property Trust Inc. has started the second phase of its multifamily project in North San Jose. The new apartment complex, named Epic, will come up on 14 acres of land at 555 River Oaks Parkway.
Essex started the first phase of its 769-unit apartment project in August. The first phase will provide 280 units and the second phase will provide 289 units. The estimated cost of the project is $192 million. For the full story, go to Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal .
