DUISBURG, GERMANY-Valad Europe, a multi-let real estate investment manager, has reported that Greiwing has leased a 143,160-square-foot warehouse space and a 4,305-square-foot office space at Hochstrasse 150-152 in Duisburg, Germany. Greiwing is a major silo logistics firm in Europe. As part of the deal, Valad invests EUR 1.5 million to modernize the warehouse as per the needs of Greiwing's specialty logistics business.
