CHICAGO-Regus PLC, a temporary office space provider, is increasing its presence in Chicago. The Luxembourg-based company recently signed lease deals for four new office centers in the Chicago area.
The new leases totaling approximately 57,000 square feet has increased the company's Chicago-area portfolio to over 750,000 square feet. Regus has plans to open centers in Hoffman Estates and Lake Forest by the end of this year including centers that opened last month in Orland Park and Lincoln Park.
