LONDON-Aedas has unveiled plans for a major mixed-use development on New Oxford Street in London. The speculative proposal for the one-acre site, bordered by High Holborn and New Oxford Street, includes offices, residential and hotel.

The proposals will maintain the building's 'flatiron' shape and include the 20-story building that will comprise nearly 250,000 square feet of office space, a 150-bed hotel, nearly 120 residential units and 25,000 square feet of leisure and retail. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
