SAN ANTONIO-Teeple Partners Inc. will start construction this week on a new multifamily property in North San Antonio. The apartment complex, called Bulverde Oaks, will comprise 328 units and it will be built along a parcel of land situated north of Loop 1604, between Bulverde Parkway and Canyon Parkway.
