OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL-Ferrara Candy Co. has leased an office space measuring approximately 39,000 square feet at Oakbrook Terrace Tower in west suburban Oakbrook Terrace. The company has leased part of the 25th floor and the entire 27th floor of the 758,260-square-foot tower at 1 Tower Lane for 10 years.

Arden Realty Inc., a unit of GE Capital Real Estate, is the owner of the building. Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant and Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented the landlord in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
