
FORT WORTH-Hulen Place Multifamily LP, an Austin-based development company, has raised $5.2 million with plans to use that money to construct a five-story apartment complex in Fort Worth. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission documents revealed that 19 different investors provided the money to Hulen Place.
Dallas-based Carbon Thompson Development LLC and Austin developers Bill Gunn and Leonard Rodell are building the 240-unit apartment complex at 4212 Julen Place. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
