CHINO, CA-The Los Angeles Times reported that Watson Land Co. is planning to build an $80-million industrial complex in Chino. The Carson-based developer will build three facilities totaling over 1 million square feet on 49 acres of parcel at Mountain and Kimball avenues.
The three facilities will comprise 100,000, 400,000 and 530,000 square feet. The site can be used for warehousing, manufacturing or distribution purpose. Construction will start in Q2 2013. For the full story, go to Los Angeles Business .
