NEW YORK CITY-Bee's Knees Baking Co. has inked a 750-square-foot lease at 113 W. 10th Street for 10 years. The asking rent for the lease, which also comprises a storage basement, was $120 per square foot. Patchin Place is the owner of the building situated between Greenwich and Sixth avenues.
