
WASHINGTON, DC-Macerich, the developer of Tysons Corner Center in McLean, Virginia, has selected three developers to carry out the $600-million expansion of the 2 million-square-foot regional shopping mall. Hines, Woodbine Development Corp. and Kettler have been selected to transform the mall into a mixed-use destination.
The planned redevelopment will provide residential, office and hotel accommodations. Hines will develop Tysons Tower, Woodbine will build a 300-room hotel and Kettler will develop 450 residences. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
