NEW YORK CITY-Practising Law Institute will soon have a new location on Sixth Avenue. The organization has just leased 68,000 square feet at 1177 Sixth Ave., aka the Americas Tower, on 45th Street.
The asking rent for the leased space was $66 per square foot. David Goldstein, Howard Poretsky, Ira Schulman and Patrick Gardner of Studley represented PLI, while Cynthia Wasserberger, Frank Doyle, Mitti Liebersohn and Paul Glickman of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Silverstein Properties in the deal.
