SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The Plaza Cos., Arizona State University and USAA Real Estate Co. will get on a $44-million residential project in August in SkySong. The ASU Scottsdale Innovation Center will comprise nearly 325 apartment units and it will be opened by October 2013.
The apartments will be developed in four phases. Construction will be handled by MT Builders and the apartment management company will be Lincoln Property Co. The financing for the project will be provided by USAA. For the full story, go to Phoenix Business Journal .
