HONOLULU-The Kapolei Learning Center of the University of Phoenix has moved to the Bank of Hawaii building from the James Campbell Building. The university's Kapolei Learning Center has leased an office and retail space measuring 18,000 square feet at the office building at 949 Kamokila Blvd.

The Bank of Hawaii building is located in the middle of the Kapolei office district. Honolulu-based Bishop Street Commercial LLC negotiated the deal on behalf of both the tenant and the landlord. For the full story, go to Pacific Business News .
