Cooley to Relocate its Downtown DC Office to Warner Building

WASHINGTON, DC-Cooley LLP has signed an agreement to move its downtown DC office from 777 Sixth St. NW to the Warner building.

WASHINGTON, DC-Cooley LLP has signed an agreement to move its downtown DC office from 777 Sixth St. NW to the Warner building. The company signed a lease deal with Vornado Realty Trust for 75,000 square feet of office space at 1299 Pennsylvania Ave. NW.

Cooley, which currently occupies nearly 54,000 square feet of space at 777 Sixth St. NW, will move to the Warner building in January 2013. Brokers from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Cooley, while Vornado had in-house representation in the deal. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
