
MILWAUKEE-Gorman & Co. Inc. is proceeding ahead with its proposed plans for a five-story office building in the old Pabst Brewery in Milwaukee. The proposed plans call for 60,000 square feet of office space and 88 interior car parking spaces.
The building will come up on the corner of West Juneau Avenue and North 11th Street. Gorman is seeking approval for the project design from the Milwaukee Plan Commission and the Historic Preservation Commission. The project is being financed through the EB-5 immigration program.
