DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Four large tenants and several small users have inked lease deals totaling 100,000 square feet in the Quadrant Business Center at 350-650 S.W. 12th Ave. in Deerfield Beach.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL-Four large tenants and several small users have inked lease deals totaling 100,000 square feet in the Quadrant Business Center at 350-650 S.W. 12th Ave. in Deerfield Beach. New tenants at the center include Breezer Holdings, Blue Ocean Ventures, Coverall North America and Guardian Pharmacies.

Except Guardian Pharmacies, other tenants will have their corporate headquarters at the facility. Colliers International South's Clinton Casey and Robert Listokin represented landlord State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
