BALTIMORE-A $150-million redevelopment plan for the Morris A. Mechanic Theatre site on the corner of Charles and Baltimore streets has been unveiled. Shalom Baranes, who is leading the development for David S. Brown Enterprises Ltd. and Arrow Parking, presented the updated plans to the Urban Design and Architecture Review Panel of the city.

The project, comprising a 24-story building off Charles Street and a 30-story building off Baltimore Street, will include 600 apartments, three floors of retail and five levels of underground parking. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
