Financial Ombudsman Service Leases 165,000 SF in Exchange Tower

LONDON-The Financial Ombudsman Service has signed a 15-year lease with MGPA for 165,000 square feet of office space in Exchange Tower.

LONDON-The Financial Ombudsman Service has signed a 15-year lease with MGPA for 165,000 square feet of office space in Exchange Tower. MGPA signed the deal for MGPA Europe Fund III. The Financial Ombudsman Service will start its lease in the 482,000-square-foot office building from 2014.

MGPA bought the Docklands office building in 2010 and renovated the office space, coffee shop, landscaping and reception area in the building. Cherryman and CBRE advised MGPA. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
