STATE COLLEGE, PA-Memphis-based EdR is planning for a $3-million student housing project next door to the Penn State campus. The project, called The Retreat at State College, will comprise 587 beds and will offer 138 cottages with two, three, four and five bedrooms.
The company has an option-to-purchase deal with Landmark Properties of Athens, Georgia, and has made $3 million in mezzanine-capital investment for the project.
