LaSalle Secures Two Tenants for Metris Office Building

MUNICH-LaSalle Investment Management has inked two lease agreements with two large tenants for Metris, a 12-story office building in Arnulfpark, Munich.

MUNICH-LaSalle Investment Management has inked lease agreements with two large tenants for Metris, a 12-story office building in Arnulfpark, Munich. Cancom AG and the other tenant, a virtual computing solutions provider, will occupy 48,437 and 39,471 square feet of office space, respectively, in the Metris building. The LaSalle German Income & Growth Fund leased the office space to the tenants.

Cancom AG was represented by Colliers International. Cushman & Wakefield was the negotiator for the other tenant. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
