Winter Park Construction to Build Jefferson Westshore Apartments

TAMPA, FL-The Jefferson Apartment Group has selected Winter Park Construction to build a multifamily property on the east side of Westshore Boulevard.

TAMPA, FL-The Jefferson Apartment Group has selected Winter Park Construction to build a multifamily property on the east side of Westshore Boulevard. Humphreys & Partners Architects is the designer of the project, called Jefferson Westshore Apartments.

The apartment community will contain 246 units. A statement said that construction costs of the project are approximately $21.8 million. The three-story garden complex is expected to start leasing by early next year. For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal .
