CHICAGO-Aldi Inc. is expanding its space as part of a lease renewal deal at Schiller Park Commons in northwest suburban Schiller Park.

CHICAGO-Aldi Inc. is expanding its space as part of a lease renewal deal at Schiller Park Commons in northwest suburban Schiller Park. The discount grocer, which currently occupies 14,605 square feet of space at the shopping center, will move to an approximately 18,000-square-foot store. The lease renewal deal was signed for 20 years.

The 51,546-square-foot center is located at 9276-9318 Irving Park Road and is owned by a John Theodosakis Jr. venture. Lee & Associates represented the landlord in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
