
NEW YORK CITY-London-based Anya Hindmarch is opening a store on Madison Avenue. The company has inked a lease for 12 years with EGAT America for 2,800 square feet of space at 795 Madison Ave.
Asking rent for the two-level store, which previously housed Tanino Crisci, was $1.4 million per year. Robin Abrams with Lansco represented the tenant, while Adam Kramer, Gary Dana and Rick Dana from Prudential Douglas Elliman Dana Commercial Group represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
